Polska Chata LLC is a family owned restaurant in Rochester, NY. The owner, Izabela Tarlowska, and her husband & co-owner Janusz Tarlowski were both born and raised in Poland. They aim to achieve an authentic Polish experience by sharing their food and culture with the community.

Popular dishes such as pierogi, kielbasa, gołąbki, potato pancakes and so much more can be found in this local establishment! They offer a full dine-in service as well as take-out. Delivery is available through Grubhub and Doordash as well.

Over the years they've introduced vegan dishes that replicate the popular ones served, such as vegan pierogi, a vegan platter, and even vegan potato pancakes, allowing for more individuals to be able to interact with their culture!
